Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of culinary management experience
- Culinary degree or equivalent practical experience
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of food safety and kitchen sanitation standards
- Ability to manage inventory and labor costs effectively

Job Duties
- Offer a wide variety of culinary solutions to meet customer and client needs and tastes
- Oversee and manage culinary operations to meet production, presentation, and service standards
- Apply culinary techniques to food preparation and manage the final presentation and service of food
- Manage and train kitchen employees
- Coach employees by creating shared understanding about goals and methods
- Reward and recognize employees
- Plan and execute daily huddles
- Maintain staff records including training records, shift opening/closing checklists, and performance data
- Develop and maintain effective client and customer rapport
- Communicate on-site consumer and competitor insights
- Deliver food and labor financial targets
- Manage inventory, waste, standard menus, recipes, and ingredients
- Ensure authorized suppliers are used
- Estimate accurate food consumption for requisitions and purchases
- Ensure proper operation and maintenance of equipment
- Ensure compliance with Aramark SAFE food, occupational and environmental safety policies
- Comply with all applicable policies, rules, and regulations
