Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum five years culinary experience including leadership roles
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Five plus years of leadership experience in professional kitchens
  • Strong background in hotel culinary environments
  • Proven expertise in banquets and multi-outlet restaurant operations
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to foster positive and collaborative kitchen culture
  • Knowledge of safety, sanitation, and food quality standards
  • Experience in menu development for large scale events

Job Duties

  • Assist the Executive Chef in the direction and oversight of all culinary operations
  • Assist in planning, preparation, and production of all meals
  • Ensure food quality and presentation standards
  • Comply with safety and sanitation regulations
  • Monitor and develop team member performance
  • Interact with guests and clients to assess satisfaction
  • Implement menu selections for special events
