Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of culinary management experience
  • Proven experience in banquet operations
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively

Job Duties

  • Assist the Executive Chef in direction and oversight of all culinary operations
  • Interact with guests and clients to monitor and assess satisfaction trends
  • Create and implement menu selections for special banquet themes and events
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards
  • Monitor and develop team member performance including supervision, counseling, evaluations, training, scheduling and recognition
