Job Requirements

  • Minimum two years of high-volume production experience
  • Full availability including nights, weekends and holidays
  • Ability to lead a culinary team
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Experience with menu planning and event catering
  • Positive approach to hospitality
  • Previous experience with ordering and inventory management

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum two years of high-volume culinary production experience
  • Experience in fine dining preferred
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Knowledge of various cuisine styles and food preparation techniques
  • Ability to create and manage production guides
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in cost control and food safety regulations

Job Duties

  • Assist the Executive Chef in directing and overseeing all culinary operations
  • Interact with guests and clients to monitor satisfaction and address issues
  • Create and implement menu selections for banquets and special events
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards
  • Monitor and develop team member performance including supervision, training, scheduling and evaluations
  • Manage food production and quality control
  • Assist with ordering and maintaining inventory controls
