Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant culinary experience
  • Availability to work full-time including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to lift heavy items and stand for long periods
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Valid work authorization
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years high-volume culinary production experience
  • Proven leadership ability in a kitchen environment
  • Experience with ordering and production guide creation
  • Fine dining experience preferred
  • Knowledge of various cuisine styles
  • Strong customer service and hospitality skills
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Excellent communication and team management skills

Job Duties

  • Assist the Executive Chef in the direction and oversight of all culinary operations including preparation and production of all meals
  • Ensure food quality and presentation meet high standards
  • Comply with all safety and sanitation regulations
  • Manage team member productivity and performance, including supervision and training
  • Implement culinary policies and procedures and maintain cost controls
  • Interact with guests to monitor satisfaction and address concerns
  • Assist in menu creation for special banquet events based on food trends
