Job Requirements
- Four or more years of leadership culinary experience
- Experience in sports and entertainment or large-scale events
- Demonstrated integrity and commitment to the business and team
- Self-motivation, enthusiasm, and desire to learn
- Strong interpersonal skills to support safe and inclusive work environment
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting around 25 to 30 pounds
- Ability to travel extensively and work both in office setting and at event venues
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and communication tools
Job Qualifications
- Minimum four years in a leadership culinary role
- Experience in sports and entertainment or large-scale events
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- Proven time management and delegation abilities
- Proficient cooking, food handling skills and knowledge consistent with contemporary training
- Self-motivated with desire to learn and adapt
- Strong interpersonal skills to maintain safe, equitable, and inclusive work environment
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting approximately 30 pounds
Job Duties
- Lead culinary teams at golf tournaments and other events such as boat shows, collegiate stadiums, concerts, racetracks
- Develop, implement, and communicate creative menu items adhering to company standards
- Create and update production sheets, order building, scheduling, and production schedules
- Execute events and food service maintaining high food quality and presentation
- Assist Executive Chef with financial goals, food cost management, and tracking culinary budget
- Produce consistent high-volume product for multiple service times daily
- Ensure safety and sanitation of all kitchen and food service areas
- Maintain kitchen and culinary team morale
- Schedule staff and food production in coordination with staffing and sales
- Oversee event logistical planning including equipment needs and kitchen layouts
- Manage communications including Microsoft Office, email, and purchasing procedures
- Lead satellite kitchens with hourly staff, food timelines, and prep work
- Perform related duties as assigned
