Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in culinary arts or related field preferred
- Minimum 5 years of progressive kitchen leadership experience in a high-volume or sports/entertainment environment
- ServSafe Manager Certification or ability to obtain
- Expertise in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to lead and mentor a kitchen team effectively
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Lead culinary production for all dining outlets and premium experiences
- Maintain Levy standards for recipe execution, presentation, and food safety
- Oversee menu design, seasonal updates, and special event coordination
- Direct, mentor, and evaluate kitchen staff to promote growth and consistency
- Collaborate with operations and purchasing teams to meet financial goals
- Ensure compliance with health, sanitation, and sustainability standards
- Drive continuous culinary innovation aligned with venue events and clientele
