Job Requirements
- Associate's degree in a related field
- minimum 2 years of relevant chef experience
- ability to manage kitchen operations and teams effectively
- knowledge of health and safety regulations
- capacity to handle fiscal budgeting and labor productivity
- experience with menu execution and cost control
- strong interpersonal and leadership abilities
- availability to work flexible hours in a fast-paced environment
