Job Requirements

  • Associate's degree in a related field
  • minimum 2 years of relevant chef experience
  • ability to manage kitchen operations and teams effectively
  • knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • capacity to handle fiscal budgeting and labor productivity
  • experience with menu execution and cost control
  • strong interpersonal and leadership abilities
  • availability to work flexible hours in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • experience managing employees under collective bargaining agreement preferred
  • prior work in high-volume or luxury/fine-dining restaurants preferred
