Job Requirements
- must have 5+ years of leadership experience in sports and entertainment or premium hospitality operations
- formal education in culinary arts, hospitality management, or equivalent experience
- proficiency in Microsoft Office and internal communications
- strong understanding of budget and food cost controls
- experience in large-scale food production and catering
- ability to manage inventory and ordering efficiently
- must reside in Philadelphia, PA
- capable of producing consistent products in high-volume environments
- ability to work long, demanding event shifts
- physical ability to lift approximately 30 lbs
- strong ethics and integrity
- willingness to maintain safety and security standards
- excellent teamwork and communication skills
- proactive and adaptable
Job Qualifications
- 5+ years of leadership experience in sports and entertainment premium hospitality operations or food and beverage operations management
- degree or formal training in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or equivalent professional experience
- knowledge of Microsoft Office and purchasing procedures
- strong operational knowledge of budget, financial management, labor, and food cost controls
- proven ability to manage inventory and ordering in high-volume operations
- exceptional knife skills and culinary techniques
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ownership mentality and team leadership capabilities
Job Duties
- Assist in all culinary aspects of Citizens Bank Park
- facilitate the planning and execution of game-day and event menus
- assist in training, mentoring, and hiring kitchen staff
- produce consistent products in a high-volume environment
- ensure safety and sanitation of kitchen and food service areas
- develop and implement creative menu items
- maintain kitchen morale and lead culinary team
- schedule staff and food production according to business needs and company policies
- assist Executive Chef with logistical planning and event execution
- manage ordering, budget preparation, inventory control, financial reporting, and scheduling
