Job Requirements

  • Culinary diploma or equivalent experience
  • minimum 2 years in professional kitchens
  • experience in high-volume kitchen environments
  • leadership skills
  • knowledge of food safety standards
  • valid driver's license
  • flexible schedule including availability for evenings, weekends, and travel
  • ability to work independently and adapt to different kitchen environments

Job Qualifications

  • Culinary diploma or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years in professional kitchens
  • multi-unit experience preferred
  • strong leadership, communication, and adaptability skills

Job Duties

  • Manage daily kitchen operations and ensure high food quality and presentation
  • control food costs through smart ordering, inventory, and waste management
  • ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
  • support menu development and innovation with the Corporate Chef
  • oversee catering and maintain strong client relationships
  • lead and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a creative, high-performance culture
  • support special events and high-volume periods
  • collaborate with executive and sector teams to improve operations
  • travel to support kitchen efficiency, team training, and new unit openings
