Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 7 years professional culinary experience including 5 years in leadership
- Culinary Arts degree preferred
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to manage budgets and food costs
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Job Qualifications
- 7+ years of professional culinary experience
- 5+ years in culinary leadership roles
- Degree in Culinary Arts preferred
- Skilled in food preparation, menu planning, and quality control
- Experienced in managing food costs and waste reduction
- Proficient in supervising and training kitchen teams
- Strong focus on guest satisfaction and interdepartmental collaboration
Job Duties
- Oversee daily kitchen operations including menu execution and meal preparation
- Manage food inventory and adjust food production based on ingredient availability
- Lead, train, and supervise hourly kitchen staff to maintain safety, sanitation, and production standards
- Contribute to menu development and culinary innovation
- Monitor food costs, control portions, and reduce waste while adhering to budget guidelines
- Ensure high-quality culinary offerings that meet guest satisfaction standards
- Independently lead the kitchen site in the absence of the Executive Chef
