Job Requirements

  • seven plus years of professional culinary experience
  • degree in culinary arts preferred
  • proven ability to lead and manage kitchen operations
  • strong organizational and leadership skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • availability to work full-time including evenings and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • seven plus years of professional experience including five plus years in culinary roles
  • degree in culinary arts preferred
  • skilled in food preparation menu planning execution and quality control
  • ability to manage food costs portion control and waste reduction adhering to budget guidelines
  • experience supervising and training kitchen staff in safety sanitation and production practices
  • strong focus on guest satisfaction menu responsiveness and maintaining cooperative relationships

Job Duties

  • oversee meal preparation to ensure quality and consistency
  • maintain food inventory and adjust production based on ingredient availability
  • lead and supervise hourly kitchen team members on a daily basis
  • contribute to menu development and ensure alignment with brand standards
  • monitor supply levels and manage ordering processes
  • coordinate staffing, training, and development of kitchen staff
  • assume full kitchen leadership responsibility in the absence of the Executive Chef
