Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- five years culinary experience with two years in sous chef role
- strong leadership ability
- budget management experience

- flexibility to work various shifts

- at least two years in a Sous Chef capacity

Job Duties
- Oversee daily kitchen operations including production and preparation
- manage private parties and special events
- supervise stewarding, purchasing, and receiving
- ensure culinary staff maintain high standards in menu item preparation
- run the kitchen professionally in the Executive Chef's absence
- manage culinary budgets and labor costs
- schedule staff to optimize productivity and minimize overtime
