Job Requirements
- Certification by a recognized culinary institution or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- At least three years experience in culinary management
- ServSafe certified and current CFPM
- Knowledgeable and experienced with State and CMS regulations
- Experienced in use of online platforms such as ordering, inventory, email, financial portals
- IDDSI knowledge
- Ability to support buildings on the Rochester campus as needed
- Strong leadership and communication skills

Job Duties
- Planning, organizing, and supervising culinary operations for rehabilitation, long term care, retail and catering services
- Planning menus based on various factors, such as market trends, customer preferences, and nutritional considerations
- Reporting to the General Manager and collaborating with other culinary and department leaders regarding daily aspects of dining service
- Directing and coordinating the work of kitchen staff to ensure oversight of regulatory and sanitation requirements
- Supporting buildings on the Rochester campus as needed
- Ensuring compliance with State and CMS regulations
- Performing other tasks as assigned
