Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of culinary management experience
  • Ability to work full-time on-site
  • Able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for entire shift
  • Ability to lift items up to 50 lb
  • Capable of working in high-temperature conditions up to 100 degrees
  • Strong physical stamina

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years in culinary management
  • Proven ability to develop and lead a culinary team
  • Bachelor’s degree or related culinary degree preferred
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Supervise culinary team to deliver best-in-class culinary experiences
  • Maintain consistent quality and presentation of food
  • Monitor inventory and purchasing of products
  • Manage food and labor costs according to budget and COGS
  • Develop and standardize recipes to corporate approval
  • Plan and cost menus for special events and chef choice menus
  • Ensure proper equipment operation, maintenance, and cleanliness
  • Oversee kitchen safety and sanitation standards
  • Drive associate engagement by exemplifying Topgolf’s Core Values
