Job Qualifications
- Culinary Arts degree preferred
- Minimum of six years in the role of Executive Chef or Sous Chef of an outlet in a high volume, high-end operations environment or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent communication skills verbal and written
- Outstanding interpersonal and guest service skills
- Ability to lead and mentor a diverse team

Job Duties
- Conduct themselves in accordance with all Gaming Commission regulations and Seminole Tribe of Florida departmental policies and procedures
- Responsible for training and supervision of food production personnel
- Coordinate activities at different food production areas as required by the Executive Chef
- Monitor food costs and assist with requisition of daily food purchase orders
- Ensure that the production department maintains the standards set by local and state health department codes
- Directly communicate with all supervisors and line team members on daily needs, requirements and expectations
- Develop department members' knowledge and skills through education, training, coaching, corrective counseling, etc.
- Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service by discreetly notifying appropriate management of concerns and observations
- Conduct personal behavior and select, train, coach, counsel, appraise and retain direct reports who consistently perform actions and behaviors that reinforce the Company’s Mission and Values
- Demonstrate commitment to assisting in the development of Seminole Tribe members participating in the Tribal Career Development program and act as a personal mentor/career advisor
- Ensure prompt and discreet notification to appropriate management and/or the Ethics Hotline of any observation of illegal acts or internal ethics violations
- Stay abreast of current trends and practices within area of responsibility and communicate pertinent information
- Promote positive customer and public/team member relations
- Maintain a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment
- Perform other duties as assigned
