Job Duties
- Manage production of all food for banquet functions, private parties, and special dinners
- Oversee banquet food cost and labor cost
- Supervise daily kitchen banquet staff and delegate responsibilities
- Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and Club safety rules
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and banquet cooler
- Communicate with Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef regarding daily operations
- Attend weekly kitchen management meetings
