Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field
  • minimum of 5 years experience in food and beverage management
  • proven leadership abilities
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily food and beverage operations
  • manage and lead culinary and service teams
  • ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • develop and implement quality control measures
  • coordinate with event planning and other departments to meet guest expectations
  • manage inventory and budgeting processes
  • train and mentor staff
