Job Requirements

  • Must pass a background check prior to being hired
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as Executive Sous Chef in venues generating over 5 million dollars annually
  • Valid food and allergen certification maintained during employment
  • Available to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
  • Ability to lift over 50 pounds
  • Authorized to legally work in the US

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an Executive Sous Chef in a high-volume venue generating over 5 million dollars annually
  • Proven leadership and team coaching skills
  • Certified in food and allergen safety with required certifications maintained
  • Ability to pass food and management testing with 90 percent or higher
  • Demonstrated ability to manage kitchen operations and inventory control
  • Proficient in scheduling and labor management aligned with sales trends
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene standards compliance

  • Maintain company food standards throughout production and supply
  • Be available and attentive to team members
  • Maintain kitchen equipment with care
  • Manage kitchen operations in the absence of the head chef
  • Accurately plan and adjust rotas according to sales
  • Assist in stock management and purchasing processes
  • Complete daily, weekly, and monthly reporting tasks
