Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of progressive culinary experience
  • At least 2 years in a leadership role such as Sous Chef or higher
  • Experience in French cuisine or brasserie environments preferred
  • Background in hotel, banquet, and catering operations preferred
  • Demonstrated strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to lead and manage high-volume kitchen operations
  • Commitment to maintaining safety and sanitation standards

Job Qualifications

  • 5+ years progressive culinary experience
  • 2+ years in a leadership role (Sous Chef or above)
  • French/brasserie experience preferred
  • hotel, banquets, and catering experience strongly preferred
  • strong communication, organization, and high-volume leadership skills

Job Duties

  • Support daily culinary operations for restaurant and banquet execution
  • lead service on the line, ensure prep organization and quality standards
  • assist with ordering, inventory, scheduling, and food/labor cost control
  • train, coach, and develop BOH team members
  • maintain strict sanitation, safety, and regulatory compliance
  • support menu rollouts, events, and culinary activations
