Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of progressive culinary experience
- At least 2 years in a leadership role such as Sous Chef or higher
- Experience in French cuisine or brasserie environments preferred
- Background in hotel, banquet, and catering operations preferred
- Demonstrated strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to lead and manage high-volume kitchen operations
- Commitment to maintaining safety and sanitation standards
Job Qualifications
- 5+ years progressive culinary experience
- 2+ years in a leadership role (Sous Chef or above)
- French/brasserie experience preferred
- hotel, banquets, and catering experience strongly preferred
- strong communication, organization, and high-volume leadership skills
Job Duties
- Support daily culinary operations for restaurant and banquet execution
- lead service on the line, ensure prep organization and quality standards
- assist with ordering, inventory, scheduling, and food/labor cost control
- train, coach, and develop BOH team members
- maintain strict sanitation, safety, and regulatory compliance
- support menu rollouts, events, and culinary activations
