Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of three years experience as a chef in a full-service high-volume restaurant
- knowledge of food safety standards and EcoSure processes
- ability to manage staff scheduling and payroll compliance
- strong financial acumen related to restaurant operations
- excellent communication and team collaboration skills
- ability to work under pressure and handle stressful situations

- resilience in stressful situations and ability to handle last minute requests
- more than three years experience as a chef in a full-service high-volume restaurant
- advanced knowledge of financial aspects of business operations

Job Duties
- Open and close the line
- perform precise line checks and facility walks with proper documentation
- adhere to company standards and address any deficiencies
- run high volume service periods from the expo or wheel position to ensure food quality and presentation
- work collaboratively with BOH and FOH teams
- participate in EcoSure and Health inspections ensuring a safe production environment
- hire and develop back of house employees
- manage schedules and report payroll hours in compliance with company standards and state laws
- partner with Executive Chef to manage P&L and maximize profits through food cost management, labor, inventory control, and restaurant performance
- assist in ordering and invoicing product
- maintain open communication with FOH team to ensure adherence to guidelines
