Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of three years experience as a chef in a full-service high-volume restaurant
  • knowledge of food safety standards and EcoSure processes
  • ability to manage staff scheduling and payroll compliance
  • strong financial acumen related to restaurant operations
  • excellent communication and team collaboration skills
  • ability to work under pressure and handle stressful situations

  • more than three years experience as a chef in a full-service high-volume restaurant
  • advanced knowledge of financial aspects of business operations

Job Duties

  • Open and close the line
  • perform precise line checks and facility walks with proper documentation
  • adhere to company standards and address any deficiencies
  • run high volume service periods from the expo or wheel position to ensure food quality and presentation
  • work collaboratively with BOH and FOH teams
  • participate in EcoSure and Health inspections ensuring a safe production environment
  • hire and develop back of house employees
  • manage schedules and report payroll hours in compliance with company standards and state laws
  • partner with Executive Chef to manage P&L and maximize profits through food cost management, labor, inventory control, and restaurant performance
  • assist in ordering and invoicing product
  • maintain open communication with FOH team to ensure adherence to guidelines
