Job Requirements

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • minimum 2 years management experience
  • minimum 1 year food or culinary services work experience including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, or mall food courts
  • strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • commitment to quality and safety standards
  • ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Job Qualifications

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • proven culinary leadership experience, ideally as a Sous Chef or similar role
  • passion for scratch cooking and local sourcing
  • strong mentoring and team development skills
  • operational expertise in food safety and kitchen management
  • excellent communication and client collaboration abilities

Job Duties

  • Lead the kitchen with hands-on involvement during service
  • elevate dishes with precision and creativity
  • train, coach, and mentor culinary staff to uphold quality and safety standards
  • collaborate with clients to deliver seamless catering experiences
  • oversee food safety and sanitation compliance
  • manage daily kitchen operations to ensure consistent excellence
  • maintain inventory and cost control
