Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience as a chef in a full-service, high-volume restaurant
- advanced understanding of financial management in restaurant operations

Job Duties
- Opens and closes the line
- performs precise line checks and facility walks
- completes EcoSure with proper documentation to adhere to company standards and addresses any deficiencies
- runs high volume service periods from the expo or wheel position to ensure food quality and presentation meets standards
- performs with BOH and FOH team
- participates in EcoSure and health inspections ensuring a safe production environment
- responsible for hiring, development, scheduling of back of house employees and reporting payroll hours in compliance with company standards and state laws
- partners with Executive Chef on managing P&L to maximize profits through food cost management, labor, inventory control and performance
- assists in ordering and invoicing of products
- maintains consistent communication with FOH team to ensure adherence to guidelines
