Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- minimum six years experience in culinary, food and beverage, or related field
- alternatively, two-year degree in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management or related major with four years relevant experience
- ability to lead kitchen operations
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- knowledge of sanitation and food safety certifications
- experience in managing budgets and controllable expenses
- leadership skills to coach and mentor employees
- commitment to excellent customer service
- ability to handle guest complaints and feedback
- willingness to work full time at The Westin Seattle
- authorized to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED with six years of experience in culinary or food and beverage or related professional area
- or two-year degree from an accredited university in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major with four years of relevant experience

- experience in staff coaching and development
