Job Requirements

  • Minimum education requirement - associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum management experience - 2 years
  • Minimum functional experience - 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants fast food vending catering services institutional services mall food courts etc

Job Qualifications

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven culinary leadership experience ideally as a sous chef or similar role
  • Passion for scratch cooking local sourcing and culinary innovation
  • Strong mentoring skills to inspire and elevate the team
  • Operational expertise in food safety compliance and kitchen management

Job Duties

  • Lead the kitchen by being hands-on during service and guiding the team
  • Deliver last-mile cooking with precision and creativity ensuring every detail delights
  • Inspire and mentor staff through training coaching and growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with clients to deliver seamless catering experiences and build trusted relationships
  • Ensure safety and standards by overseeing daily production focusing on food safety sanitation and consistent excellence
