Job Requirements

  • Proven culinary experience in a leadership role
  • Strong culinary skills including menu planning and food preparation

Job Duties

  • Assist the Executive Chef in leading and managing the culinary team
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef on menu development and food quality
  • Supervise food preparation, cooking, and presentation to maintain excellence
  • Participate in kitchen operations, including inventory management and ordering
  • Mentor and train kitchen staff to uphold culinary standards
  • Ensure compliance with kitchen safety and sanitation regulations
  • Support venue management in achieving guest satisfaction and business goals
