Job Duties

  • Assist the Executive Chef in leading and managing the culinary team
  • collaborate with the Executive Chef on menu development and food quality
  • supervise food preparation, cooking, and presentation to maintain excellence
  • participate in kitchen operations, including inventory management and ordering
  • mentor and train kitchen staff to uphold culinary standards
  • ensure compliance with kitchen safety and sanitation regulations
  • support venue management in achieving guest satisfaction and business goals
