Job Duties

  • Manage kitchen operations including staffing, training and overseeing line, temaki and porter staff
  • Ensure top quality in menu offerings, dish preparation and presentation
  • Order and maintain inventory of products efficiently
  • Keep food costs within budget limits
  • Maintain department of health standards and ensure compliance with all regulations
  • Lead and inspire kitchen team to achieve excellence
  • Manage kitchen workflow to optimize productivity and quality
