Job Duties
- Manage kitchen operations including staffing, training and overseeing line, temaki and porter staff
- Ensure top quality in menu offerings, dish preparation and presentation
- Order and maintain inventory of products efficiently
- Keep food costs within budget limits
- Maintain department of health standards and ensure compliance with all regulations
- Lead and inspire kitchen team to achieve excellence
- Manage kitchen workflow to optimize productivity and quality
