Job Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years of management experience
- At least 1 year of experience in food or culinary services
- Proven leadership in a professional kitchen
- Passion for culinary innovation and scratch cooking
- Ability to mentor and inspire a team
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and compliance
Job Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years of management experience in a culinary setting
- Minimum 1 year of work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, catering, or institutional services
- Proven experience in culinary leadership roles such as Sous Chef
- Passion for scratch cooking and local sourcing
- Strong mentoring and team-building skills
- Operational knowledge of food safety and kitchen management
Job Duties
- Lead the kitchen by being hands-on during service and guiding the team
- Deliver last-mile cooking with precision and creativity
- Inspire and mentor staff by training, coaching, and promoting high standards
- Collaborate with clients to ensure seamless catering experiences
- Ensure food safety, sanitation, and consistent production standards
