Job Requirements
- Culinary diploma from a recognized institution or higher
- Minimum 10 years culinary experience
- At least 2 years in a senior management role
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods
- Capability to lift, push, and pull at least 30 lbs
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
- Strong communication and computer literacy
- Hands-on operational skills

Job Duties
- Assist the Executive Chef with overall kitchen operation
- Supervise all kitchen areas to ensure consistent and high quality products
- Interact with members to obtain feedback on product quality and service levels
- Respond to and handle member's problems and complaints
- Ensure accurate costing and portion control of recipes
- Manage food stock levels and inventory
- Maintain and ensure safe use of food preparation equipment
- Administer budgets and adhere to financial guidelines
- Coordinate with Food and Beverage Manager to develop marketing plans
- Prepare banquet setups according to club standards
- Monitor new food products and market trends
- Initiate maintenance reports and follow up
- Manage, coach, and counsel culinary associates
- Supervise stewards and administrative tasks such as scheduling
- Act as manager on duty as scheduled
- Recruit and select culinary team members
