Job Requirements

  • 5+ years cooking experience
  • at least 2 years in a supervisory role
  • 3-5 years as a Chef De Cuisine or Executive Sous Chef
  • experience with Mexican cuisine
  • college degree or certification in culinary or hospitality field preferred but not required
  • strong leadership skills
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to manage multiple priorities
  • ability to understand and achieve financial goals

Job Qualifications

  • 5+ years cooking experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Chef De Cuisine or Executive Sous Chef
  • experience with Mexican or Latin cuisine preferred
  • college degree or certification in culinary or hospitality field preferred but not required
  • experience in menu standards and plating guidelines

  • ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • ability to understand financial goals and accomplish them

Job Duties

  • oversee all kitchen operations and ensure quality and consistency in all menu items
  • support the Executive Chef in menu development and operational planning
  • manage, train, and lead kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food preparation
  • ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
  • monitor food costs and manage inventory efficiently
  • maintain plating guidelines and menu standards
  • collaborate with the General Manager and culinary team to achieve financial and operational goals
