Job Requirements
- 5+ years cooking experience
- at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- 3-5 years as a Chef De Cuisine or Executive Sous Chef
- experience with Mexican cuisine
- college degree or certification in culinary or hospitality field preferred but not required
- strong leadership skills
- excellent communication skills
- ability to manage multiple priorities
- ability to understand and achieve financial goals
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- oversee all kitchen operations and ensure quality and consistency in all menu items
- support the Executive Chef in menu development and operational planning
- manage, train, and lead kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food preparation
- ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- monitor food costs and manage inventory efficiently
- maintain plating guidelines and menu standards
- collaborate with the General Manager and culinary team to achieve financial and operational goals
