Job Duties
- Assist the Executive Chef in leading and managing the culinary team
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef on menu development and food quality
- Supervise food preparation, cooking, and presentation to maintain excellence
- Participate in kitchen operations, including inventory management and ordering
- Mentor and train kitchen staff to uphold culinary standards
- Ensure compliance with kitchen safety and sanitation regulations
- Support venue management in achieving guest satisfaction and business goals
