Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of three years experience as a chef in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
  • Strong passion for culinary excellence and attention to detail
  • Advanced knowledge of financial aspects related to business operations
  • Proven leadership skills including coaching and team development
  • Resilience under pressure and ability to handle last-minute requests
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with front of house staff
  • Demonstrated commitment to food safety and quality standards

Job Duties

  • Open and close the line with precise line checks and facility walks
  • Perform EcoSure audits with proper documentation to meet company standards and address deficiencies
  • Manage high-volume food service from expo or wheel position ensuring food quality and presentation
  • Collaborate with back of house and front of house teams
  • Participate in all EcoSure and health inspections maintaining a safe production environment
  • Hire, develop, and schedule back of house employees while reporting payroll in compliance with laws
  • Assist in ordering and invoicing products
  • Communicate consistently with front of house team to ensure adherence to company guidelines
  • Partner with Executive Chef to manage P&L, food cost, labor, inventory control, and restaurant performance
