Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience as a chef de cuisine or executive sous chef
- experience with French cuisine is a plus
- culinary or hospitality degree or certification preferred but not required
- strong leadership and team-building abilities
- excellent communication and organizational skills
- experience maintaining menu standards and plating guidelines
- proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- understanding of financial goals, cost management, and labor control
