Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in culinary arts, food service management, or related field or associate's degree with additional specialized training
  • 3-5 years of professional culinary experience
  • strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • proficient in food costing, quality control, and industry trends
  • knowledge of sanitation, safety, and presentation best practices

Job Duties

  • Oversee and coordinate kitchen staff in food preparation and service
  • ensure high-quality, cost-effective, and visually appealing food presentation
  • assist with menu planning, purchasing, inventory, and food production
  • support cost control efforts and manage kitchen expenditures
  • implement new culinary programs in collaboration with marketing and culinary teams
  • maintain kitchen cleanliness, organization, and sanitation compliance
  • perform additional duties as assigned
