- 3-5 years of professional culinary experience
- strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- proficient in food costing, quality control, and industry trends
- knowledge of sanitation, safety, and presentation best practices

Job Duties
- Oversee and coordinate kitchen staff in food preparation and service
- ensure high-quality, cost-effective, and visually appealing food presentation
- assist with menu planning, purchasing, inventory, and food production
- support cost control efforts and manage kitchen expenditures
- implement new culinary programs in collaboration with marketing and culinary teams
- maintain kitchen cleanliness, organization, and sanitation compliance
- perform additional duties as assigned
