Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 6 years experience in culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area
- OR 2-year degree from accredited university in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major
- 4 years experience in culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area
- Ability to lead kitchen operations and staff
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation certification requirements
- Experience in budgeting and controlling department expenses
- Must be available for full-time work in Honolulu, Hawaii
Job Qualifications
