- or associate's degree with additional specialized training
- 3-5 years of professional culinary experience
- Strong communication skills

Job Duties
- Oversee and coordinate kitchen staff in food preparation and service
- Ensure high-quality, cost-effective, and visually appealing food presentation
- Assist with menu planning, purchasing, inventory, and food production
- Support cost control efforts and manage kitchen expenditures
- Implement new culinary programs in collaboration with marketing and culinary teams
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness, organization, and sanitation compliance
- Perform additional duties as assigned
