Job Duties
- Provides direction for all day-to-day kitchen operations
- supervises and coordinates activities of cooks and kitchen staff
- develops and implements purchasing and receiving guidelines
- manages departmental controllable expenses including food cost and supplies
- ensures compliance with food handling and sanitation standards
- leads menu development and monitors food quality
- handles guest feedback and resolves complaints
