Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • minimum 6 years culinary or food and beverage experience
  • or associate degree in Culinary Arts or related field
  • minimum 4 years culinary or food and beverage experience
  • proven leadership ability
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to manage multiple kitchen areas
  • knowledge of food safety regulations
  • ability to work full time
  • eligible to work in the United States

  • or 2-year degree in Culinary Arts or related field
  • 4 years experience in culinary or food and beverage industry

Job Duties

  • Provides direction for all day-to-day kitchen operations
  • supervises and coordinates activities of cooks and kitchen staff
  • develops and implements purchasing and receiving guidelines
  • manages departmental controllable expenses including food cost and supplies
  • ensures compliance with food handling and sanitation standards
  • leads menu development and monitors food quality
  • handles guest feedback and resolves complaints
