Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 5 years experience in a culinary leadership position
- certification in food safety preferred
- strong organizational skills
- ability to work under pressure

- passion for the hospitality industry

Job Duties
- oversee kitchen operations and ensure food quality and consistency
- collaborate with the Executive Chef to design innovative menus
- manage inventory and control food costs
- train and mentor culinary staff to enhance performance
- enforce health and safety standards in the kitchen
- coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest service
- maintain a positive and productive work environment
