Job Requirements
- 7+ years experience managing high volume and fast paced commercial kitchens
- culinary degree preferred
- safe food handling certification
- serve safe preferred
- ability to communicate clearly with managers, kitchen and dining room staff and guests
- ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
- authorization to work in the U.S.
- ability to frequently lift or move up to 50 lbs and occasionally lift or move up to 100 lbs
- highly organized and proficient in time management
- proficiency with computers, online purchasing, and inventory management
- experience calculating figures and amounts
- empathy and affinity for working with diverse senior population
Job Qualifications

- experience in a culinary leadership role
- culinary degree preferred
- mastery of a wide variety of kitchen stations, positions, cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
- ability to think on feet and create excellent product on the fly
- knowledge of current culinary and market trends
- highly organized with proficient time management skills
- proficiency with computers, online purchasing, and inventory management
- safe food handling certification

- excellent record of kitchen and staff management
- strong communication skills

Job Duties
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef and culinary leadership team to oversee kitchen operations
- assist with enforcement of food safety policies and procedures
- manage high volume and fast paced commercial kitchen activities
- create, produce, and deliver high quality food products
- demonstrate knowledge of culinary and market trends to innovate menu and presentation
- manage kitchen staff and maintain excellent record of kitchen operations
- perform inventory management and online purchasing tasks
