  • Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred

Job Duties

  • Manage the back of house in the absence of the Executive Chef
  • Assist in selection, training, supervision, and performance management of kitchen staff
  • Create a teamwork-oriented back of house team
  • Conduct daily shift briefings with all Sous Chefs
  • Execute food menus and recipes under Executive Chef guidance
  • Control food flow and identify opportunities to improve safety, efficiency, and costs
  • Manage facility and equipment maintenance to ensure food safety and cleanliness
