Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of two years culinary or related experience
- previous supervisory experience preferred
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong organizational skills
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications

- prior experience in a supervisory role within a professional kitchen
- strong leadership and training skills
- excellent communication abilities
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- ability to manage kitchen operations efficiently
- proficiency in inventory and record management
Job Duties
- Trains all associates in the kitchen on job duties including plate presentation and display work
- writes staff schedules and evaluates personnel
- maintains open verbal and written communication between management and associates
- writes and presents disciplinary action as needed
- provides associates with necessary tools and equipment
- takes immediate action on kitchen problems
- participates in department and kitchen meetings, inventory management, and MOD program
- ensures all food served is high quality and prepared according to recipe
- supervises kitchen staff and sanitation associates in the absence of the Executive Chef
- maintains use records, roast meat charts, and recipe cards
- submits payroll hours to Accounting Department on time
