Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a sous chef or similar leadership role
  • High-volume kitchen experience is required
  • Upscale or fine dining experience strongly preferred
  • Strong culinary foundation and genuine passion for food and hospitality
  • Proven experience managing labor, purchasing, and food costs
  • Ability to lead, coach, and inspire a diverse culinary team
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
  • Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays

  • Manage ordering, inventory, and vendor relationships
  • Monitor labor schedules, control food and labor costs, and support financial goals
  • Ensure all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards are met
  • Collaborate on menu development and seasonal updates
  • Lead by example in professionalism, work ethic, and teamwork
