Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 3 years chef experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- ability to manage schedules and payroll in compliance with labor laws
- strong communication and leadership skills
- proficiency in inventory and cost management
- flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays

- minimum of 3 years experience as a chef in a full-service high-volume restaurant

Job Duties
- Opens and closes the line
- performs precise line checks and facility walks with proper documentation
- runs high volume service periods from expo or wheel to ensure food quality and presentation
- collaborates with BOH and FOH teams for safety and performance
- participates in EcoSure and health inspections
- responsible for hiring and development of back of house employees
- manages employee schedules and payroll compliance
- partners with Executive Chef to manage P&L, food costs, labor, and inventory control
- assists in product ordering and invoicing
- maintains open communication with FOH to adhere to company guidelines
