Job Duties
- Deliver seamless white-glove service during breakfast and lunch service periods
- Provide a warm, composed, and professional guest experience tailored to executive-level clientele
- Execute refined table service including menu presentation, order taking, food delivery, and table maintenance
- Anticipate guest needs and personalize service based on preferences and cues
- Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room and efficiently take food and beverage orders
- Maintain safe food handling and sanitation standards
- Address complaints or issues promptly and relay relevant information to supervisor
