Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Fine dining or catering server experience
  • Ability to work full time Monday through Friday
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality

Job Duties

  • Deliver seamless white-glove service during breakfast and lunch service periods
  • Provide a warm, composed, and professional guest experience tailored to executive-level clientele
  • Execute refined table service including menu presentation, order taking, food delivery, and table maintenance
  • Anticipate guest needs and personalize service based on preferences and cues
  • Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room and efficiently take food and beverage orders
  • Maintain safe food handling and sanitation standards
  • Address complaints or issues promptly and relay relevant information to supervisor
