Job Duties
- Greet and direct visitors with a white-glove service approach
- answer and manage calls via telephone or switchboard
- handle incoming/outgoing packages via courier
- maintain visitor logs and issue security badges
- manage boardroom scheduling and equipment
- provide general administrative support including typing, filing, photocopying, and managing mailers
- enforce guest interaction protocols including ID verification, badge visibility, visitor escorting, and badge return procedures
