Job Requirements

  • proficient in Google Workspace and Slack

Job Duties

  • Greet and direct visitors with a white-glove service approach
  • answer and manage calls via telephone or switchboard
  • handle incoming/outgoing packages via courier
  • maintain visitor logs and issue security badges
  • manage boardroom scheduling and equipment
  • provide general administrative support including typing, filing, photocopying, and managing mailers
  • enforce guest interaction protocols including ID verification, badge visibility, visitor escorting, and badge return procedures
