Job Requirements

  • minimum of 5 years baking and pastry experience
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • capacity to manage large event dessert production
  • strong multitasking abilities
  • must be productive and detail-oriented
  • ability to work well under pressure

Job Duties

  • prepare a variety of desserts including plated desserts, minis, cakes, pies, and breads
  • manage dessert production for large events such as weddings, golf tournaments, galas, and charity events
  • produce desserts for three club restaurants
  • oversee and collaborate with a full-time assistant
  • ensure high standards of quality and presentation for all pastries
  • multitask efficiently during peak event times
  • maintain cleanliness and organization in the pastry kitchen
