- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- capacity to manage large event dessert production

Job Duties
- prepare a variety of desserts including plated desserts, minis, cakes, pies, and breads
- manage dessert production for large events such as weddings, golf tournaments, galas, and charity events
- produce desserts for three club restaurants
- oversee and collaborate with a full-time assistant
- ensure high standards of quality and presentation for all pastries
- multitask efficiently during peak event times
- maintain cleanliness and organization in the pastry kitchen
