Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 4 years relevant kitchen management experience
- Proven leadership skills with team sizes of 7 or more
- Ability to work standing for up to 10 hours
- Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and lift up to 30 pounds
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures
- Proficiency with computers and mobile devices
- Commitment to food safety and cleanliness standards
- Fluent in English
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years experience as a pastry chef, executive chef, kitchen manager, chef de cuisine, sous chef or equivalent
- Previous management experience leading teams of 7 or more
- Strong communication skills both oral and written
- Proven ability to manage kitchen operations independently in fast-paced environments
- Proficient in technology platforms including communication and task management tools
- Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills
- Positive leadership style with ability to coach and mentor
- Ability to cross-train team members
- Fluent in English
Job Duties
- Manage the overall kitchen operation in partnership with store and regional managers
- Supervise and direct kitchen staff to ensure high performance and adherence to standards
- Order raw goods and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure adequate inventory levels
- Oversee maintenance and cleanliness of kitchen equipment and spaces
- Monitor product quality and execution including prep, dough, and donut decoration
- Manage production pace and prioritize tasks to meet demand
- Evaluate team member performance and provide coaching and feedback
