minimum of 5 years experience in pastry chef roles
proficiency in pastry arts and dessert preparation
leadership abilities
strong organizational skills

Job Duties

oversee the creation and preparation of all bakery and pastry items
develop and design new dessert menus
manage and mentor pastry kitchen staff

ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
collaborate with the executive chef and culinary team
