Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 4 years experience in kitchen leadership roles
- ability to work weekends and holidays
- excellent communication skills
- ability to manage SOPs and maintain product quality
- strong leadership and team-building skills
- proficiency with technology platforms for task and project management
- physically capable of prolonged standing and moderate lifting
- fluent in English
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years experience as Pastry Chef, Executive Chef, Kitchen Manager, Chef de Cuisine, Sous Chef or equivalent
- previous kitchen management experience leading teams of seven or more
- ability to communicate clearly and concisely both orally and in writing
- proficiency in managing kitchen operations independently in a fast-paced environment
- strong organizational, planning, problem-solving and operational skills
- leadership skills with ability to coach and mentor others positively
- proficiency with computers and mobile devices
- knowledge of food-safety regulations
- ability to work standing for up to 10 hours
- physical ability to bend, reach, stoop and lift up to 30 pounds
- fluency in English
Job Duties

- train new hires and maintain a consistent learning environment
- ensure teams uphold product quality standards
- form a strong, cohesive team focused on growth and accountability
- communicate effectively with team members to praise accomplishments and address improvements
- follow all standard operating procedures to achieve operational excellence in kitchen
- conduct tastings regularly to ensure quality
- oversee mixing, proofing, frying and decorating processes
- demonstrate new donut launches
- manage ordering and supplier relationships to maintain inventory levels
- develop Pastry Sous Chefs
- coordinate weekly inventory
- use production software to plan prep and orders
- schedule all back-of-house staff efficiently
- approve time off and payroll
- monitor cost of goods sold and labor percentages
- recruit, interview and onboard new team members
- maintain kitchen cleanliness and ensure food safety compliance
- provide coaching and feedback
- conduct performance reviews and 1:1 check-ins
- foster a positive team environment through recognition and cross-training
